MACA, NUT BUTTER AND BANANA SHAKE

Maca root is great for balancing hormones and promotes fertility.Other benefits include increased energy levels, vitality,endurance and reduced anxiety and stress.

I usually have one of these shakes every day: 1 large banana,1 tablespoon natural nut butter(I use peanut),1 tablespoon Macs powder( I use Naturya organic from Holland and Barrett),250ml hemp milk, one scoop vanilla protein powder

Great shake for post workout! Just use one scoop vanilla protein, one banana and some almond milk!

BLUEBERRY AND VANILLA SHAKE

A delicious way to finish a workout with a blueberry,almond milk and vanilla protein shake!

STRAWBERRY AND COCONUT SHAKE

One scoop of strawberry flavour protein shake blended with coconut milk and one handful of strawberries 

POWER BREAKFAST SHAKE

This shake is perfect for breakfast on the go! Low fat yoghurt, skimmed milk, muesli,hazelnuts,almond butter and vanilla protein powder
